Band Updates!

Good afternoon and happy game day! I can’t believe we are already at the 6th game of the season! So far it has been an amazing year and we are excited for BANDTOBER. Here are some updates for this weekend:

1. Tonight, we will celebrate and honor our service men and women. The band will be performing their show AFTER the game. The game will be televised on Thursday Night Lights. The band is eligible to win a $5000 grant too! Please vote using the QR code and share it with family and friends!

2. Judson Rocket Review is this Saturday. Roll call is 3:30pm. I attached an updated itinerary for the contest. Students can bring money for concessions to purchase food after the performance.

3. World’s Finest Chocolate fundraiser has started! Students will be given 1 box to sell. If you are interested in picking up a box, please email treasurer@ocpantherband.com to schedule a time. Each box is $60. Our treasurer will be collecting monies on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

4. 6-week UIL eligibility is tomorrow. Students who are not passing by Friday (9/30/22) at 4pm will lose eligibility. Please check your student’s grades and if there are any issues, reach out to their teacher(s). Students can still attend the game today and the Rocket Review.
