Good afternoon. Parents with students who are participating in the HEB Pep Rally Event this Wednesday, 3/31. Here is the itinerary:
HEB Teacher of the Year Pep Rally
March 31, 2021 @ Farris Stadium

Excused from 4th period to eat lunch. Please make sure you eat lunch on campus or eat before you arrive to school.
Green screen Check in: 12:45pm
Roll Call: 1:00pm on Band Marching Band
Rehearsal: 1:00pm- 1:30pm
Depart to Farris: 1:30pm
Arrive at Farris: 2:00pm
Performance: 3:00pm-4:15pm(Approximate times)
Depart to OC: 5:00pm
Arrive at OC: 5:30pm
What to wear: OC Blue Band Shirt, Nice Blue jeans, Black Socks, Dinkles(marching shoes), OC Band Mask
What to bring: sun screen just in case its sunny, sunglasses. No caps please, Hydration pack(with cold water in it), instrument (or flag), flip folder, and bell covers
More information: You will be given a school business excuse from 4th-8th periods. Please communicate with your teachers about this special performance so they can give you extra time to complete your work. Transportation will be provided. Buses will be social distance. Pep Rally will be outside and social distance protocols will be in place.
